Fragrance By Designer Shipping Options & Rates & Delivery Time
All orders for in stock items placed by 5 p.m. EST (Monday-Friday) are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours (except holidays). Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday.
You can choose from a variety of shipping options for your order. Shipping costs are based on the shipping service level you choose.
You will receive a delivery confirmation number via e-mail when your order is shipped.

Weekend Delivery
Saturday delivery is available for Ground (Standard Shipping) only.
Expedited orders shipped via Express U.S. Shipping (3-5 business days guaranteed) are delivered Monday - Friday only.
Orders shipped via Ground are delivered Monday - Saturday.
Delivery is not available on Sundays.

Alaska & Hawaii
In order to provide better service, we ship all orders Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require $9.95 of shipping cost. This cost is listed at checkout.
We are unable to ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska and Hawaii. For more information on our shipping policies for restricted items, see DOT Restrictions on Air Shipping below.

DOT Restrictions On Air Shipping
Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. But the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire.
Restricted items include:
• Aerosol-type in pressurized spray cans and bottles.
• Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as: fragrances, nail polish, nail polish remover, etc.
That's why we require ground-only delivery, at our Standard Shipping rate, for orders that contain DOT-restricted products.
We are unable to ship DOT-restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska addresses.

International Shipping
FragranceByDesigner.com offers international shipping to over 30 countries worldwide via USPS, DHL or FedEx.
Shipping charges vary depending on your location and do not include taxes or duties. Shipping costs will be provided during checkout.
Please be advised: There may be additional import fees or duties for shipments coming into your country. Customs policies vary from country to country and FragranceByDesigner.com is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes. Track Order & Shipping Confirmation E-mail
When your order ships, you will receive a “Shipping Confirmation E-mail” stating that your order has shipped. If the order has shipped by UPS or Federal Express, you will receive a link for tracking your package.
Allow up to one business day after your order has shipped for the tracking information to appear.
Please be aware that standard shipments are sent via "Delivery Confirmation" and therefore, do not have day-to-day updates in the same manner as a package sent via UPS or Federal Express. Please be assured that your package has been shipped, and that typically standard shipments do arrive within 5-9 business days.

Out of Stock Item
When an item(s) you ordered is not in stock we will notify you immediately via e-mail. We do not ship partial shipments; instead we will hold your order up to 5 business days. As soon as we receive your back ordered item(s) we will ship immediately.
We’ll notify you via email if an item from your order is out-of-stock. Do nothing and your complete order will ship as soon as the out-of-stock item becomes available. Back ordered items typically ship within 5 business days. If you prefer to cancel the back ordered item, contact Customer Service at contact@FragranceByDesigner.com . Include your order number and email address. A Customer Service Representative will help you within one business day.
