Can I Place An International Order (Outside USA)?
FragranceByDesigner.com offers international shipping to over 30 countries worldwide via USPS, DHL or FedEx.
Shipping charges vary depending on your location and do not include taxes or duties. Shipping costs will be provided during checkout. Please be advised: There may be additional import fees or duties for shipments coming into your country. Customs policies vary from country to country and FragranceByDesigner.com is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties or import fees.

How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?
If you provided a valid email address when you ordered, you will receive two emails:
• The first confirms your order.
• The second confirms your shipment. If the order has shipped by UPS or Federal Express, you will receive a link for tracking your package.

When Will My Order Arrive?
All orders for in stock items placed by 5PM (EST) (Monday-Friday) are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours (except holidays). Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday.
Estimated Overall Delivery Time:
- Ground - Standard Shipping: 5-9 business days
- Express U.S. Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Alaska/Hawaii: 4-6 business days
- Puerto Rico/Mexico/Canada: 8-12 business days
- All Other Countries: typically take 10-21 business days
OVERALL DELIVERY TIME EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND U.S. HOLIDAYS.
Please allow one extra business day* if a holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date. For more information on shipping times, go to Shipping section.
If your product is on backorder for more than a week you will be notified.

I Believe My Order Is Late
When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing your order.
- Shipping only occurs on business days – Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
- Expedited delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.
- Orders shipped outside the U.S.: Some countries may hold packages in Customs for a period of time as much as 2-3 weeks. Fragrance by Designer is not responsible for Customs delays.

What Happens When An Item Is Out Of Stock?
When an item(s) you ordered is out of stock we will notify you immediately via e-mail. We do not ship partial orders; instead we will hold your order up to five days. As soon as we receive your backordered item(s) we will ship the complete order immediately.
If the product does not come in within 5 days you can choose:
a) We can ship the available items of your order. Your credit card will be charged for the products we ship only. If the total of your order falls below the minimum needed for free shipping due to a back ordered item not being available, you will still receive the free shipping.
b) If you’ve realized that you cannot wait for the back ordered item, send an email to cancel@FragranceByDesigner.com . Once you have submitted your cancellation request you will receive an e-mail confirming that your back ordered item has been canceled. If the cancellation request is received before an item has been shipped you will be refunded the cost of the item. In your e-mail, please include your full name.

What To Do If A Product Is Missing In My Order?

Before you send us an e-mail with your request, please verify your order by following the instructions below:
- Review the ordering confirmation email that you received from Fragrance By Designer.com shortly after you placed your order.
- Verify the correct item(s) listed in the original ordering confirmation email, and compare with the order you received.
- If the item(s) that you received is not listed or is missing, please e-mail us at the following address: order@FragranceByDesigner.com
In your e-mail, please include the following information:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Phone number
- If applicable, the item number and name of the product you received by mistake
- If applicable, the item number and product that is missing in your order
- Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement order
Our Customer Service Department will respond to your message as quickly as possible.

How Can I Track My Order?
When your order ships, you will receive a “Shipping Confirmation E-mail” stating that your order has shipped. If the order has shipped by UPS or Federal Express, you will receive a link for tracking your package
Allow up to one business day after your order has shipped for the tracking information to appear.
Please be aware that standard shipments are sent via "Delivery Confirmation" and therefore, do not have day-to-day updates in the same manner as a package sent via UPS or Federal Express. Please be assured that your package has been shipped, and that typically standard shipments do arrive within 5-9 business days.

How Do I Return A Product?
Fragrance By Designer will be happy to take back your unopened merchandise in its original condition, including packaging within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. To return a product and get more information on returns, please visit our Terms & Policy section.

How Do I Cancel Or Modify My Order?
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully, no further changes can be made. You must email cancel@FragranceByDesigner.com to cancel or make any changes to your order once is has been placed. We will notify you by email message if we were able to confirm the cancellation.
If the order has been sent to Warehouse, and enters the shipping process we are unable to cancel or modify your order. You can return your item(s).
If you do not return the goods within 30 days of receipt, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at this point the sale is final.

How To Get A Replacement For Damaged Or Defective Item?
We will be happy to replace the damaged/defective item(s) in your order. In some cases, we may request that you send the damaged/defective item(s) back to us, while in other cases we will request that you dispose of the item(s) appropriately. Please do not throw away your damaged/defective item(s) until you have spoken with a Customer Service Department.
